Hello friend!

It's Friday again! I hope you've had a great week with lots of time to work on your business. I haven't had the time to interview a founder yet, but if you're interested in answering a few short questions, or know someone I should interview, let me know :)!

Oh, and I'm trying a new, simplified format. What do you think? Let me know by hitting reply.

How to Overcome the Biggest Challenges to Your Online Business with Patrick McKenzie
Definitely not new but it's still one of my absolute favourite podcast episodes. There's just so much great stuff in those 60 minutes that I think everyone running an online business should give it a listen.

Dan Kim from Basecamp wrote an article about how they prefer to use simple pen and paper and then transition to code instead of fancy mockup tools.

Interesting article about what you should think about when designing SaaS products.

How to learn sales?
Sales can unlock huge possibilities, especially if you know how to build products already. This thread has some pretty great bits of information on how to get started, because it's not easy.

Enterprise Ready
If you're looking to get into the enterprise market this is a great checklist on what you might need to think about.

The SaaS Website Content You Need to Close Sales
A really insightful article about what kind of content you should focus on to close more deals. It's long but definitely worth reading.

I also finished reading Built To Sell by John Warrillow yesterday and I really enjoyed it. Definitely recommended even if you're not thinking about selling your business.

Have a nice Friday and weekend!
